The main level has a large great room with 3 sofas, a big dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops and bar seating. There’s plenty of room for meal prep, making it ideal for home chefs. This level also includes a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, two additional king bedrooms with private baths, and one double queen bedroom with a private bath. A laundry room and half bath with easy access from the pool and carport make your stay even more convenient.
Upstairs, you’ll find an oversized living room with seating, dining space, and daybeds, plus more bedrooms and bathrooms. The top floor includes a brand new king master with an en suite bathroom, two double queen bedrooms (one with a private bath), and three cubby rooms each with twin beds. Two additional full bathrooms are accessible from the common areas.
The outdoor space is perfect for events, with open areas beneath the house and parking for over a dozen cars. You’ll enjoy unobstructed Gulf views from the front of the home, with covered decks at the front and back, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing with a cocktail in the evening.
