When you enter the townhome on the ground floor you will go up a flight of stairs to the open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with a queen sofa bed, love seat & chairs; dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a delicious meal! The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience. you will have access to a large, resort-style pool with hot tub, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts (bring your own equipment), and an Arnold Palmer golf course.
