Ann array of upgrades, The main level is home to the massive living room with a gas fireplace, large HD TV, and plenty of upscale and comfortable seating. Guests love to BBQ-ing on the balcony while enjoying world-class views. The fully-equipped kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with hardwood floors,custom wood cabinetry, along with polished granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. On the upper level is a loft with seating, a desk, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry closet with a full-sized HE washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Please note this residence has a separate powder room. The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, private gas fireplace, HD TV, views of the mountains and lake, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom (with a jetted tub and separate shower). Relax the day away in comfortable bedding on an amazing mattress. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, HD TV, ceiling fan, window seat, and a shared bathroom. The 3rd bedroom sleeps three on a twin-over-full bunkbed. The lowest level of the home is designed with Apres ski fun in mind. A fabulous game/theater room with a large HD TV, full-sized pool table, Playstation, board games, cards, and patio access to the private hot tub. A bar with a wine fridge and area for snacks makes for a great additional entertaining space. A twin sleeper sofa down is located down the hall. The 4th bedroom (Master) is furnished with a King-sized bed and HD TV. There’s another full-sized guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination as well. For additional sleeping, a Queen air mattress (with sheets, blankets, and pillows) is also provided. The home is equipped with FREE wifi, satellite cable TV, central air-conditioning, and heating. Parking: There’s room for two cars in the garage and two more in the driveway. No street, RV, or boat parking is permitted. You can, although, park a boat at the Jordanelle just a couple of minutes away.
