Welcome to our Luxury Retreat! Nestled on a picturesque hill in Solamere, Lower Deer Valley, our home offers the perfect setting for your mountain escape in Park City. With stunning views of Deer Valley Resort visible throughout the house, our spacious and beautifully finished home promises a warm and welcoming ambiance for all.
The main level boasts a spacious living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and striking windows that frame breathtaking views of the Deer Valley ski area. Relax by the stone-faced wood-burning fireplace, enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen HD TV, or listen to music on the surround sound system. The open dining area features a grand table that seats 10, making it ideal for family gatherings and dinners with friends.
Step out onto the upper-level deck from the living and dining areas to soak in the incredible views and sunlight. The deck offers a serene environment with plenty of seating and a grill for outdoor dining, highlighting the unique and exclusive atmosphere of our home.
Adjacent to the dining room is the gourmet kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Equipped with a Viking stove, refrigerator/freezer, granite countertops, and high-end appliances, this kitchen has generous counter space and a well-thought-out layout. The kitchen island seats six, and a Butler's Pantry with an extra dishwasher, utility sink, and pantry space adds convenience.
The main level also features a half bathroom, mudroom, two-car garage, and one of the master suites. The Primary Bedroom on this level is a true sanctuary with beautiful windows, vaulted ceilings, a King bed, gas fireplace, and a luxurious en suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a double vanity sink, large jetted tub, tiled stand-up shower with two shower heads, and a walk-in closet. The Primary Bedroom also has direct access to the back deck, where you can enjoy stunning views of Deer Valley.
The upper-level master suite serves as a second primary bedroom, complete with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a King bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a grand en suite bathroom. This bathroom offers a double vanity sink, jetted tub surrounded by windows, walk-in shower with two shower heads, stone-faced fireplace, and walk-in closet. The suite also has a private deck with a sitting area, providing breathtaking views.
Additionally, on the upper level, there is a versatile hang-out room that can serve as a bedroom. It features two XL-twin beds with twin trundles and a ping-pong table, making it a perfect escape for both children and adults. Two French doors lead to upper decks, enhancing the room’s charm.
The lower level is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features a large living area with plush couches, a beautiful fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a full wet bar, and a pool table. This area also provides access to the lower-level patio and our 8-person hot tub. The first bedroom on this level includes a luxurious King bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity sink, plus direct access to the hot tub.
The second bedroom on the lower level offers two twin beds with twin trundles, an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and access to the lower patio and hot tub. The third bedroom is also set up with two twin beds, an en suite bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and its own access to the lower patio and hot tub.
Our media room on the lower level provides a perfect theater atmosphere with plenty of seating, dimming lights, a surround sound system, and a 100-inch HD projection screen. This room is ideal for movie nights and offers a cozy place to unwind.
Finally, the lower level includes a laundry room, making it convenient for large groups to handle their laundry needs during their stay. Although the main and upper levels of the home are air-conditioned, please note that the lower level is not equipped with air conditioning.
