This unit is 3 levels. On the entry level is the laundry area, the third bedroom, a full bathroom, and entry from the garage (see garage description). Upstairs is the main level with the living room, kitchen, dining area and a full bathroom. On a deck just outside the living room is a private hot tub. On the upper level are the master and second bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Living Room: Wood burning stove, TV, VCR, DVD, comfortable seating.
Kitchen: Spacious, well equipped for cooking, opening over the counter to both the living room and the dining area.
Dining Room: Seating for 6.
Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, TV.
Second – Queen bed, TV. (Master and second bedrooms share a bathroom.)
Third – Bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top, TV, adjoining bathroom with shower only.
Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub on deck off the living room.
Laundry Room: Yes, stacking washer/dryer on entry-level.
Garage: Private 1 car garage. Garage access difficult and only mid-size cars are recommended; the condo is right on the bus route and we suggest you don’t even rent a car!
