This ski-in/ski-out townhouse is located about 60 feet from Silver Star ski run! Built-in 2008, this 3-story vacation rental is a large corner-end unit located in the main level of the community, adjacent to the Silver Star Chair Lift and their ski village with five-star amenities. Silver Star is one of the only ski-in/ski-out communities in Park City offering an amazing ski and Après ski village experience for guests. Private ski lockers and complimentary around-town shuttle, heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center, great restaurants, and ski shops plus the adjacent ski run. This beautiful condo features 4 master bedroom suites with 4 full bathrooms, plus a half bath, and sleeping up to 13 guests. The upper level has 2 large master bedroom suites. The back master bedroom has a king bed, private deck, 40" TV w/ Direct TV, and a large bathroom with jetted tub, stone shower, and dual sinks. The front master bedroom has a king bed, 32" TV w/ Direct TV, and full bathroom with stone shower/tub. The main level has a living room with 55" TV w/ Direct TV/DVD/iPod dock and plenty of cozy seating around the gas fireplace. Directly adjacent, there's a gourmet display kitchen with Viking appliances, 4 bar seats, and 8-seat dining room table. Off the living room, there's a private deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating. All these rooms and decks have amazing views of the Park City Golf Course and surrounding mountains. The condo entry/foyer is on this level plus the 3rd master bedroom suite in the back section. This master bedroom suite has a king bed, 32" TV w/ Direct TV, and a private bathroom stone shower/tub. The lower level has a family/media room with 50" TV w/ Direct TV/Blue Ray DVD/surround sound, Playstation, a gas fireplace, and cozy seating adjacent to a private patio with 6-seat hot tub overlooking the golf course and mountains. Off the family room, there's the 4th master bedroom suite that has a full over full bunk bed, plus a twin bed, a 32" TV w/ Direct TV and full bathroom with stone shower. At the back of this condo level, there's a large laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and the lower entry leading to the heated parking garage with 2 private parking spaces. There's a queen-size sofa sleeper bed in the family room, making the maximum sleeping capacity up to 13 guests. A clubhouse on-site that front desk assistance, a private Silver Star shuttle, heated community pool, large Jacuzzi, and a fitness center. Also on-site is the Silver Star Cafe recently featured as a top restaurant on Diners, Dives, and Drive-in. Stop and get a bite after skiing, or for a cup of coffee before heading up the lift. On-site you have access to a ticket window for lift tickets, the Silver Star chair lift, and a ski/snowboard rental shop.
