Directly adjacent, there's a gourmet display kitchen with Viking appliances, 4 bar seats, and 8-seat dining room table. Off the living room, there's a private deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating. All these rooms and decks have amazing views of the Park City Golf Course and surrounding mountains. The condo entry/foyer is on this level plus the 3rd master bedroom suite in the back section. This master bedroom suite has a king bed, 32" TV w/ Direct TV, and a private bathroom stone shower/tub.
The lower level has a family/media room with 50" TV w/ Direct TV/Blue Ray DVD/surround sound, Playstation, a gas fireplace, and cozy seating adjacent to a private patio with 6-seat hot tub overlooking the golf course and mountains. Off the family room, there's the 4th master bedroom suite that has a full over full bunk bed, plus a twin bed, a 32" TV w/ Direct TV and full bathroom with stone shower. At the back of this condo level, there's a large laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and the lower entry leading to the heated parking garage with 2 private parking spaces. There's a queen-size sofa sleeper bed in the family room, making the maximum sleeping capacity up to 13 guests.
