The Space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect choice for families that want to experience mountain adventures at their fingertips.
After a fun-filled day of endless outdoor adventures, stretch out and relax in the family room that features a leather sofa with matching armchair seating. Cozy up with your loved ones as you turn on the indoor gas fireplace and feel the warmth permeate throughout the room. Unwind for the night as you watch your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV.
The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, where you can whip up a scrumptious homemade meal for your group. Keep the cook company with the 3 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen. Enjoy your dinner, as you exchange stories of your exciting day, in the lovely dining area.
The outdoor patio will amaze you with its gorgeous scenery and tree views -- step out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you gaze at the beautiful glow of the sunset. For the summer, there is an outdoor BBQ grill on the patio, and it is the perfect way for the master griller of your group to show off their grilling skills. Host an afternoon cookout with your loved ones, as you cherish the precious memories you're making in Park City.
For a night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom features a lovely king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted spa tub and shower combo. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared full-bathroom, around the corner, that features a jetted spa tub and shower combo.
For an even more relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the shared hot tub in the complex, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. A community pool is also available in the complex. A laundry room with a washer/dryer combo is located next to the refrigerator in the kitchen.
Guest Access
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, the community pool, and shared hot tub in the complex.
Please note that the hot tub complex will be closed from October 2nd to November 22nd for seasonal maintenance. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
You will also have access to 1 free parking spot in the underground parking garage of the complex; a parking pass must be displayed at all times. There are limited additional parking spaces outside as well, but guests must confirm with HOA to receive additional parking passes.
Neighborhood
This condo is a true ski-in/out with an incredible location in the heart of all the action at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. It is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 10-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips. Other things to note
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units.
Getting Around
From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple bus routes are available with the Silver King bus stop 0.2 miles away and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
