As you step through the front door, you'll immediately notice two inviting bedrooms on the main floor. To your right, a spacious room with a queen over king bunk bed awaits. On the left, another bedroom offers three sets of twin bunk beds—six beds in total—perfect for large groups or families. Each of these rooms comes with its own private full bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy. Also on the first floor is the game room, featuring panoramic views of the stunning Emerald Coast. The space is equipped with a full-sized pool table, three flat-screen TVs, an activity table, a cozy gathering area, and a fully stocked kitchenette, ideal for hosting everyone in your group.
Heading up to the second floor—easily accessible by either the staircase or the private elevator—you'll find an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. This floor is designed for both comfort and style, with a fully equipped kitchen, double refrigerators, two ovens, bar seating, and two dining tables. Step outside to the open-air balcony for fresh air and ocean breezes—it's the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining. Two additional bedrooms are also located on this floor: one with a king bed and another with twin-over-twin bunks, each with its own private full bathroom. A washer and dryer set is conveniently located here as well.
The third floor—accessible by elevator—features four more bedrooms. There are two king suites (one with a beachfront view and the other with a street view) and two bunk rooms (one with a queen over queen bunk and the other with a twin over queen). Each of these rooms also has its own private full bathroom. Another washer and dryer are provided on this floor for added convenience.
The fourth floor is dedicated to two more bedrooms. The oceanfront king master suite is truly a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the waves rolling onto the shore. A cozy seating area with four chairs allows you to enjoy morning sunrises with a cup of coffee or relax at sunset with a glass of wine. On the other side of the fourth floor, a spacious room with two queen beds and two twin beds offers ample space for guests, along with a full private bathroom.

The home is equipped with an indoor elevator, providing easy access between floors—ideal for those who prefer to avoid the stairs or need assistance moving between levels.
Your private pool is heated and can reach temperatures up to 85°F. It's not a hot tub, but a comfortable swimming temperature. If you’d like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can activate it for you.
