As you step into the property you will notice a cozy entryway featuring a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and foosball table. Down the hall on the first floor is a kitchenette with an ice maker, a full-sized refrigerator, a half bathroom, and a door leading to the outside deck and outdoor shower area. The furnished deck on the ground floor features an outdoor dining area, Kamado Joe charcoal grill, custom cornhole boards & a brand new ping pong table!
Take the stairs up to the second floor and you will notice a great open floor plan. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances and utensils you will need during your vacation. Also bar seating for 4, a round dining table that seats up to 10 and a living area for complete relaxation. The living area also has a flat screen TV, electronic fireplace, and spectacular views of the beach. Your pool is also located on the second floor, right outside your sliding glass doors from the main living area. Down the hall is a half bathroom, a queen over king bunk room as well as a king bedroom, each with with en-suites and a flat screen TVs.
On the third floor there is a common sitting area with flat screen TV and queen sleeper sofa. There is also a twin over twin bunk nook and a full washer and dryer. Down the hallway is one queen over king bunk bedroom with en-suite and a flat screen TV. Across the hall is a king bedroom with en-suite and flat screen TV as well. The south end of the home features two bedrooms with wonderful ocean views. The master king bedroom and the queen bedroom both feature a walk-in shower and direct access to the furnished balcony, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
