The Kaufman family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this vacation rental estate. The highlight of their vacation was the easy access to the beach, which saved them thousands of dollars without compromising on the beach house experience. The property includes a large, four-bedroom main house with four bathrooms, as well as a one-bedroom guest house with a full kitchen, all included in the rental. The guest house even has Gulf views from the balcony!
The property features a private pool for when we needed a break from the sand. The house has a beachy-style living room with pale blue walls and a dark accent wall, complemented by leather furniture, coffee tables, and lamps. The contemporary kitchen has custom-built, fine wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a glass-top stove, oven, microwave, French door fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, and double-basin sink. There's a wet bar area with a Keurig coffee maker, a wine rack, and mini-fridge for added convenience.
Every bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom, with the primary bedroom having a king-sized bed and an ensuite bath with double-sink granite vanity, custom tiled, walk-in glass shower, and a soaking tub. Second-floor balconies on the main house and guest house offer breathtaking water views, complete with Adirondack chairs and a cushioned porch swing.
The property also boasts a fully fenced gunite pool, a covered patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill, a grassy yard for the kids to play in, and a grove of citrus and fruit trees. The home is just a five-minute stroll from beach access #87 in the Hollywood Beach subdivision of Panama City Beach, a safe, pedestrian and bike-friendly neighborhood that's perfect for families, groups, snowbirds, boating/fishing enthusiasts, and beach lovers. With sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests, including a sofa bed in the living room and a queen-sized bed and sleeper sofa in the guest house, this spacious and comfortable vacation rental is the perfect choice for anyone looking for the beach vacation of their dreams!
