This is a newly renovated home is 3 levels with brand new furnishing, new mattresses, updated appliances, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from every floor! You are greeted with a spacious living room – great for family gatherings. Equipped with a flat-screen television, DVD player, Xbox, and queen-size sofa sleeper, you are able just to relax and unwind after a day spent at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your family meals, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops you will find there is ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company. The dining table seats 8 people and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar. Also located on the main floor you will find the first guest bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The second floor or this house consists of two guest bedrooms and the master bedroom. The first guest bedroom will have a queen-sized bed with flat-screen TV, and the second guest bedroom will feature 2 queen-sized beds with flat-screen TV and both have full-size bathrooms.
The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with King sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom balcony provides views of the Gulf of Mexico and is great for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee or watching the beautiful sunset.
On the third floor, you will find the 4th guest bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin-sized beds, full bathroom, and flat-screen TV. There is a mini refrigerator and wet bar and a private balcony with incredible views of the gulf, this room is a great area for kids.
Amenities of this home include a beachfront pool, complimentary WiFi, washer and dryer, gas grill, and extra refrigerator in the garage. The addition of the pool makes outdoor entertainment at its best sitting poolside relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco. The outdoor space features lounge chairs and a dining area great to watch the family play on the beach or watch the breathtaking sunsets.
