This retreat is a 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom beach home right on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, FL. The kitchen area was totally remodeled in December 2022. This place has a private pool, a big entertainment area with pavers in the backyard with lounge chairs, and a private boardwalk that takes you right to the nice sandy beach. There is a propane gas grill on the back balcony. The kitchen area has all new stainless appliances, with lots of lighting, lots of counter space, and bar seating for 4. The dining area has a big table for 6. The living area has a comfy sectional and swivel chairs. You'll have a washer/dryer on the ground floor. This property has a 2-car driveway with room for one more vehicle in the garage. We can't promise parking for more than 3 vehicles. If you bring more than 3 vehicles, you have to use a nearby city pay-per-day parking lot.
