The condo also features fully remodeled bathrooms with beautiful tiled flooring, new showers, and countertops, including one bedroom and bathroom that are handicap friendly. The kitchen is equipped with a thoughtfully designed dual oven and high-end 3-door Samsung refrigerator. The resort offers an array of amenities including 2 large resort-style pools (1 heated), 3 hot tubs, a poolside restaurant, tiki bar, and Market. Take advantage of on-site tennis courts, gym, sauna, and game room. Your dream view awaits! Snowbird Season runs from November to February on a monthly basis. For monthly rentals, please select the 1st day of the month for both arrival and departure dates. Alternate dates must be pre-approved and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. This beachfront resort in Panama City Beach offers incredible outdoor amenities such as two large outdoor pools, two children's pools, hot tubs, sauna steam rooms, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, beach services, water sports center, restaurants, beach volleyball, and poolside tiki bar. Indoor amenities include convenience stores, snack bars, fitness centers, coin-operated laundry, free local calls, barbecue grills, arcade, and vending machines. Please note that this property is not available to adults under age 25. No exceptions. Parking passes must be purchased from the front desk upon arrival. Bed Setup: Master Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom #2: 2 King Beds and a Full Bed Bedroom #3: 2 Queens Although this unit can accommodate 12 guests, the maximum occupancy is 10. For Spring Break, guests must register at the front desk and pay $40 per pass for parking passes and wristbands. Two parking passes maximum.
