Outdoor Space
One of the main perks of staying here is that you can spend time on the outdoor balcony. Lounge on the lie-down chair with a book to get a nice tan and finish the harrowing story in a novel or sit in one of the two chairs and enjoy happy hour with your friend as you gaze at the bright blue waters. The vantage point from this high-up balcony is ideal for people-watching, playing card games, watching the sunrise, or sipping on some wine during the picturesque sunset.
Living Room
After you watch the sun go down over the bright blue ocean waters, you can head inside and sit on the L-shaped living room couch. Prop your feet up on the wooden coffee table and put your favorite movie or Netflix show on the TV to wind down after a long day of exploring. The comfortable sectional is great for snuggling with your loved one, lying down and having a bowl of popcorn, or sitting and playing a board game with your friends.
Kitchen
If you are feeling a bit peckish after a long day of being on the beach, head to the kitchen to sit at the high countertop and read a book, prepare some snacks, or have a beer with your friend. The kitchen is a modern and spacious room that makes it easy for anyone, and everyone, to prepare a nice dinner, make frozen cocktails in the blender, brew a fresh pot of coffee in the mornings, or cut up some fresh vegetables and fruit for snacks.
Bedroom
Maybe you have been traveling all day to get to your vacation rental. If so, we know you are tired — we don’t blame you! Head to the bedroom to curl up in the big-sized bed, turn off the table-side lamps, and curl up in the cozy bedding to get a great night of sleep. We guarantee that the cozy bedding and the relaxed atmosphere will make it easy to get a full 8 hours at night.
If you are feeling a bit dirty after being out on the beach all day long or flying in a plane, you can head to the en suite bathroom to take a quick shower. Curl up in the plush king-size bedding and slowly fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves right outside of your apartment!
If your guests stay overnight, or you are bringing kids with you on vacation, then show them to the guest bedroom — a nice bunk bed room that offers a wooden bunk bed for spontaneous stayovers, teens, or young adults. The versatility of this apartment is what makes it one of the best in the entire area!

Not sold yet? We know that our apartment is one of the best in the entire area due to the modern appliances, comfortable furnishings, plush bedroom, and shared outdoor space. But what also sets apart our condo from the rest is the proximity to all that PCB has to offer! Not only can you take advantage of the shared lagoon pool, modern fitness center with equipment and weights, and large hot tub, but you can also walk to nearby amenities and attractions. During a sunny day, you can walk to the beach just a few steps from the front of the building. Bring your boogie board or surfboard and hit the waves in minutes! Or, if you need to go shopping for some beach equipment or a few picnic snacks, head to Walmart. Don’t worry; you won’t be walking for miles — this supercenter is just 2 minutes away from your front door!
The balcony is amazing. You'll enjoy a 180 degree uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico. We've included a lounge chair if you wish to catch some sun without interruptions.
Thirsty? Hungry? While relaxing poolside don't forget to try one of the frozen drinks from the Tiki Bar or have a bite at the poolside grill.
This Resort is in the heart of PCB with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away!
