INTERIOR SPACE
The inside of the property features a sprawling floor plan. The kitchen is located in the center of the home and features stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator, and ample space for storage and meal preparation. A small 4 person breakfast table is perfect for morning coffee or breakfast, located on the other side of the kitchen is the dining room featuring seating for ten. The TV room located by the entry of the property provides ample seating to enjoy a sports event or your favorite show with your friends or family. The property features a full-size washer and dryer, one car parking garage. Ample parking is available in the garage driveway.

POOL HEAT
Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices and size of the pool.
