A cozy family room with a couch, chairs, and cable TV opens up to a large deck with views of the lush yard and private pool. Pool heating is available if you’d like.
On the ground floor, the second bedroom also has a king bed and walk-in closet. Nearby, you’ll find a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a small dining area with views of the pool. Another full bathroom is on this level. You can also relax in the outdoor living and dining area, overlooking the pool.
