The exceptional kitchen ,has top of the line stainless steel appliances and all you will need for formal dining and entertaining during your visit. A large marble dining table with seating for 24 and additional seating for 6 in the kitchens center island.
The living area allows you to relax and unwind with comfortable ample seating and a 75-inch SMART TV. The 2nd floor is home to the games room boasting table tennis table, pool table, SMART TVs, wet bar, multiple seating areas, and access to patio balcony.
The most unique feature of this villa is located as you head upstairs to the second floor. On the loft area, you will be welcomed by the custom-built Dragon’s Den® games room featuring a pool table, air hockey table, multi-game arcade, SMART TVs, Xbox, and PS4. There is a custom dragon chair where you can sit back and relax while watching your favorite show on the 65-inch SMART TV. The games room also features a custom Dragon’s Den® virtual game, where you can unlock hidden mysteries all around the home simply by using the iPads provided. Look around the home and select your items to create your own Dragon’s Den®. There is a second game, Goodnight Dragon, where you have to solve the dragon’s riddles by searching throughout the home to find the clues.
