Bella Vida Resort is prestigious collection of Single Family Homes just 12 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World! It features a Resort Clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include children's playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool. The Clubhouse features also a fitness center where you can stop by to start an active day!
POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $45 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $65 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space is in front of the home. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces.
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
The House has been decorated with great dedication featuring different theme rooms like Star Wars, Harry Potter, Mickey Mouse, and a "Tiki Bar GameRoom" for all the family!—the perfect mix of relaxed and refined style.

Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
