Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.
BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living area. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Two sets of Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks, and a recently renovated shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed. A full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.
During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV and internet.
Located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have a great convenience store next door.
