The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families with three twin beds, including bunk beds and a daybed.
An additional downstairs master suite, accessible from the exterior of the main house, provides a private retreat with its own kitchen (excluding the oven), full bathroom, washer and dryer, split air conditioner, and smart TV. This setup is ideal for family members or friends who want to enjoy their own space while staying with you.

Parking is convenient with one spot in the garage and up to two in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer in the garage and a second laundry in the downstairs master suite.
