Built with the idea of taking in the gorgeous ocean views, and maximizing the flow of the trade winds, this home is a truly comfortable, relaxing, and ideal location for a family getaway. A magnificent beach front estate boasting an ocean views from both floors. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms offer the ultimate comfort.. There are 2 king beds and 2 xl twins, accommodating up to 8 guests. There is a full kitchen upstairs adjoining the upstairs living room as well as half a kitchen downstairs next to the other living room. Each floor has its own laundry room w/its respective washer/dryer for maximum convenience. The gorgeous garden is massive and there is comfortable furniture as well as some lounges and chairs mere steps from the frequently empty save for the sea turtles white sand beach. There is a 4 car garage. While the villa resides in a private setting you will still be 5- 8 min away from our world famous surf town of Haleiwa, which hosts 1 of the famed Jewels of the Triple Crown of Surfing competitions. Haleiwa is also well known for its many restaurants and popular shops. The North Shore is commonly referred to as a Mecca for the world's best surfers who make their annual pilgrimage to it's pristine, awe inspiring beaches. The most famous wave on earth, the absolutely mesmerizing Banzai Pipeline is about 10 miles away and warrants spending a day at the beach taking in its awe inspiring power. If your timing is impeccable, nearby Waimea Bay may be breaking if the swell is large enough. Having a picnic on the beach and watching some of the biggest waves on earth break nearby is an absolute must during the winter months!
