This magnificent Navarre Beach vacation home enjoys five beautifully appointed bedrooms + a bunk room, and 3 bathrooms that will sleep up to 10 guests. Beautifully decorated and furnished this vacation residence can comfortably sleep up to 16 people however due to strict restrictions we can only allow 10. This makes it a bargain for your group of 10 - lots of extra room within its five bedrooms and a bonus room. The main level offers an open-concept living area with a large kitchen, dining space, and living room. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, custom-painted cabinets, granite countertops, and all you will need for entertaining during your stay. The living room has two plush sofas, one of which is a sleeper. It also has two comfortable swivel chairs and a large flat-screen TV. This great room is flooded with light and has glass doors leading outside where the views are in abundance. The main level of the home also has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds in each room as well as flat-screen TVs. One full bathroom with a shower is also on this level. The home's upper level has a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed. This amazing room also has a private balcony that overlooks the sound. Both the master bedroom and the private deck enjoy the serene views of the island and beautiful water. The top level of the home has a huge "master style" bathroom which has lots of storage, a walk-in shower, a large soaking tub, and grand-sized counters with two sinks. The top floor also has two additional bedrooms. One of these has a king-sized bed and the other has a queen. All three of these bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The home's lower level is where you will find a nice-sized den with a sleeper sofa, a swivel chair, and a flat-screen t.v., a kitchenette area with a full-sized fridge, a sink, microwave, and stacked washer/dryer unit. The bunk room on this floor is a huge hit with the kids. It has four queen-sized bunk beds, a chalkboard, and a flat-screen mounted on the wall! The whole room was designed with kids in mind and was made just for fun! A large beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower is also on this level. The outside space is a true oasis with a large deck off of the living room with a propane grill, a balcony off of the master, four additional balconies, and a covered area down below to stretch out and enjoy the shade! The home has lovely landscaping with a brick paver back yard which leads to the walkway to the pier and sound.
