On the West side of the house are bedrooms 5 and 6, Bedroom 5 has 2 queens and Bedroom 6 has a King Bed and twin bed - these bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The outdoor space is awesome! You have a very nice sized pool with new liner surrounded by some nice Polywood furniture. Currently there are 2 propane grills with propane provided, outdoor shower, and nice maintained fenced in grass landscaping.
The location of this house is excellent with access to the bay/sound about 100 feet away and access to the main Gulf of Mexico beach about a 3 minute walk. There is a walkway right next to the house, once you cross Via De Luna it is a straight shot to the beach. We have provided a wagon and some starter beach equipment, 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas in the garage space for guest use.
