On the 3rd floor, you will find the king master suite, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin/twin bunk bed, and on the 2nd floor, you will find 2 more guest bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen over queen bunk bed with a queen trundle. The ground level has a garage with bonus space, a cornhole game, beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon, toys, and a new bathroom with a shower and you will find an extra fridge. The back of the ground level leads out to a sitting area with a Propane grill and looks right at the community pool to watch the kiddos. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer and a tankless water heater so you will never run out of hot water and there is a boat slip, so you have easy access to your boat. * Community Pool * Private Beach on the Sound * Complimentary Beach Chairs 8, Umbrellas 4, and a Wagon * Steps Away from the Community Pool * Golf Cart Available -additional fee $150/nt (Discounted Weekly Rate Available) * Pet Friendly (limit of 3 dogs under 50lbs.
