Enjoy the most beautiful unobstructed Gulf views just outside your wall of windows and private deck. This open-concept floor plan allows both bright and inviting a great family gathering space for your next world-class beach vacation. With the emerald green waters as your backdrop, the setting is close to perfect! Two large dining tables will ensure acres of beach fun dining. This main floor is home to the king-sized primary bedroom with an en suite bath and Gulf view. Down the hall is another bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath across the hall. On the opposite side of the house are 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds and another full bath between. A full-sized laundry is also here for your convenience. On the upper level is the "hang out" room with gorgeous Gulf views and multiple couches to "chill" and further relax. A table for 4 is perfect for a game of cards. There is a large flat-screen TV as well as a full bath here. On the other side of this floor, you'll find 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds and the 5th full bath, which is a jack and jill. The private dune cross-over takes you directly from the house to the beach and all rooms have TVs. This is a non-pet-friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.
