Good vibes only! Villa Palma has been thoughtfully designed to be an ideal place for fun in the Naples sun. Located on the favored 500-block of Naples Park, the property is just over a mile to the nearest beach access at popular Vanderbilt Beach. It is hard not to smile walking through this home - colorful wallpapers, vibrant artwork, an array of books and games (including cool retro arcade game systems!) liven up the space, which is equipped to accommodate families and groups of up to 10 people. The covered and screened lanai has space for both lounging and dining overlooking the heated pool and is complete with a TV and gas grill.
For sleeping accommodations, the primary suite is at the back of the house with a window looking out to the pool area. It has a queen bed, desk, and en suite bathroom with a shower. The two guest bedrooms are at the front of the house and have a shared bathroom between them with a tub/shower combo. One of the guest bedrooms has two full size beds and the other has a full size bed with a twin size trundle that can be pulled out from underneath. In the living room area, there is also a daybed that can be used as another twin size bed. All beds are made up with soft white sheets and duvet covered comforters, sanitized fresh for each group of guests.
When it comes to cooking and dining, the stylish and fully equipped open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, decorative light fixtures and a four-seat breakfast bar. At the heart of the home is the large marble dining table which seats eight.
Near the front door, a built-in desk provides a second work station in case the need to stay connected arises. The home is equipped with high speed WiFi and Smart TVs in all three bedrooms, the living room, and the lanai. Within walking distance from the house (under a mile) you can be at the posh Ritz Carlton Naples for sunset at Gumbo Limbo (their tiki bar) or enjoy a beachfront dinner at the Turtle Club. Mercato, the outdoor shopping and dining plaza with a Whole Foods, is a quick drive (1.5 miles).
