The room has patio doors which open up into the pool area. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and have a queen size and two single beds, respectively. All have TV and a clock radio. The queen bedroom also has patio doors which open up into the pool area.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with full size range, side-by-side freezer/refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit together with all the small electrical appliances you would expect in a home of this quality. We have a large formal dining area, though many guests prefer to eat outside on the patio. The comfortable sofas encourage you to relax while viewing the 55 inch flat screen(cable) TV or DVD player. A stereo- cassette/radio unit is included in the living area. We also have a large store of DVDs, books and games for your use. Internet access is available.
The large pool and extended lanai area overlook a quiet, fresh-water canal in Briarwood which attracts a wide variety of birds and turtles. The pool area has an outdoor fan to help keep you cool while dining outside or relaxing on the patio furniture. The pool can be heated. All linens, including beach towels, are provided.
