SoCe Flats is an exciting new condominium development in the most desirable neighborhood in Naples, the Paradise Coast’s most coveted beach town. UNIT DETAILS: The floor plan for unit 302 includes a fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops and a breakfast bar open to the dining area and living room. The living room and both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the balcony with west and north exposure. The master bedroom with a king-size bed offers north views and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed offers west views. The bathroom is located off the hallway between the bedrooms and has a combination tub/shower. Covered parking on the ground floor is included for 1 vehicle.
AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has an open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating, a TV, and a hot tub (the hot tub is currently out of service). Guests of unit 302 also have access to a full suite of resort amenities at the nearby Naples Bay Club including a pool complex with lazy river, state of the art gym, spa, and poolside and indoor bars and restaurants. The fees are as follows: $200 registration fee per booking + daily resort fee of $53.50 (reduced to $100 registration and $42.80 daily May-October). The one daily resort fee covers all guests in the unit, and is not a per person charge.
LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing "8th Street Corridor" in Olde Naples just four short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn’s gourmet market and CVS. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle! As is common throughout Olde Naples, construction is ongoing nearby. There is a new building going up on the lot directly to the south of SoCe Flats, which impacts the views from the Amenity Deck but is not visible from inside the unit or on 302's private balcony. Noise is not of concern due to the solid construction and impact grade windows at SoCe Flats.
