This professionally managed vacation home is as stylish as it is comfortable and just steps from the Pacific ocean. This is the ideal vacation home for a family of 15 plus baby that can sleep in a pack n play) or a small group of adults friends (up to 8 ). These numbers include any potential day visitors. The house offers 2 units and a 2 car garage. Each offers a separate entrance. OVERVIEW 1. The lower unit offers approx. enjoys one level living makes this a perfect place for a family with small children and boasts a bright open floor plan with living, kitchen and dining area. The living room offers plenty of seating and a comfortable sofa sleeper that opens out to a queen bed. The kitchen is modern with excellent appliances and a patio door inviting in ocean breezes. The Master offers a Queen bed, TV and an attached bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom and offer a King bed and two twin beds in the small guest room. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS LOWER UNIT Queen bed King bed 2 twin beds Sofa Sleeper in Living room The upper level has central AC. It has a wonderful open floor-plan with high ceilings. This beautiful beach home enjoys an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, dining and living area plus attached balcony with partial water views and BBQ. The kitchen offers high end appliances and lots of space and is equipped with everything you possibly need on your vacation. The dining room seats everyone comfortably. The King and queen bedrooms are on the same level as the living area. The Master (King) bedroom offers a comfortable sleeper couch, a big walk-in closet, TV and an attached full bathroom with tub shower and double sink. The queen bedroom is also very comfortable with easy access to the hallway bathroom. . The second bathroom offers a beautiful walk-in shower and the third bedroom is located on the second level (accessible through a spiral staircase) and has a small bathroom (no shower) attached. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS UPPER UNIT King bed and couch that folds to a twin Queen bed 2 twin beds AMENITIES Enjoy the luxury of nice appliances, central heating, cable, high speed internet and a nice washer and dryer. Linens, towels, beach towels, blow dryers, iron, iron board, boogie boards, beach chairs. PARKING The attached 2 car garage will fit one midsize SUV and one compact sedan. Note that the garage will not fit large mini-vans or two SUVs. The garage door is 15 feet wide and about another 12 inches on each side once you are parked inside. The length is 16.5 feet of car space with a little room (about 10 inches) front and back for clearance HOUSE RULES For "friend"/"adult only" groups we can agree to 8 people max and all must be over 35 years old. We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Due to suffering from severe allergies, we would very much appreciate if people that plan to bring a service pet try to find a place that is pet friendly (please!). Please note one unit has A/C one unit has window A/C this is a plus as most homes rely on coastal cooling.
