There are four well appointed bedrooms each of which has been tastefully furnished with top of the line linens and bedding. The master suite features direct access to the grounds and has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two also enjoys direct access outside to the spa, a king bed, and flat-screen TV with a bathroom with dual-sink vanity and tub/shower combo in the hallway. Bedroom 3 has a queen over queen bunk bed and fold down couch for additional sleeping along with a TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and flat-screen TV. The garden area has been designed with entertaining in mind California style. The addition of the magnificent built-in outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill and dining set under a canopy of string lights. When you get back from the beach rinse off the sand in the recently added heated outdoor shower and before lunch take a cooling swim in the new pool. Perfectly situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, just less than a mile stroll to the nearest sandy beach. You can walk to local shops and restaurants and world class dining, and shopping in La Jolla are just 10 minutes from here. The heart of Pacific Beach is nearby, and the lively beaches of Mission Beach and Mission Bay are just 2 miles to the south.
