This stunning 2 unit beach coastal charmer located 50 feet from the ocean and in short walking distance to the bay. This stunning beach house is beautifully furnished with top of the line appliances/amenities. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, big screen TV in the living room, TV in some of the bedrooms, central heating, cable TV, high speed internet, spacious garage and washer/dryer.

The living area features a spectacular light & open floor plan and opens through a pocket door to a spacious furnished balcony. The pocket door completely slides into the wall which gives this entire second level an amazing "beachy" feel.
Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the Master Suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a bunk bed (with twin over double) and twin bed in the third bedroom. The couch in living room can be converted into a double bed sleeper. There is also a thick and comfortable twin tri-fold sleeping pad, a full size crib and a pack'n'play.

Please note that the house has fans and a nice ocean breeze flowing through but there is no AC. 95% of the year AC is really not needed at all but please be advised that when temperatures go over 85 degrees in San Diego (which rarely happens) the house will feel a bit warm.
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.
Location
The house is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants.
