The spacious living, dining and kitchen areas feature a newly redesigned nautical/beach theme. The first floor has an open living room and dining room area with a fully stocked kitchen and a half bath. The living room has a pull out queen sized sofa. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a large shower, the second bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and the master bedroom has a king bed and an attached master bathroom with a beautiful large jacuzzi tub/shower. All three bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs. The LARGE private rooftop patio features a 360 degree view of all of Mission Beach with a BBQ and wet bar area with plenty of space to entertain and dine. This house also has a washer and dryer and a 2 small car garage.
