The master bedroom enjoys a King size bed, a queen bed in the first guest bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom.The house has two bathrooms – 1 en suite with the queen guest bedroom which also has a four claw bathtub /shower,. The king bedroom and twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk in shower. The living room is spacious with a fireplace, HD TV, Cable and WiFi. There is a fold down sofa that converts into a queen size bed for extra sleeping options.There is also outside dining on the patio with a propane bbq.The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender and of course fully stocked with silver ware, glass ware, plates, dishes and pots and pans. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.
