Our beachfront accommodations provide exceptional value, with each home offering comfortable southeast-facing 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1-story apartments spanning 700 sq. ft. In total, we offer three apartments, each with at least one off-street parking spot (one unit even has two spaces). With ample room for your entire family or group of friends, our apartments include a patio and grill, inviting you to bask in the glorious sunshine with your loved ones. Savor your morning coffee, indulge in people-watching, or enjoy an evening libation. Additionally, one of the units features an outdoor dining table, allowing you to soak up the California sunshine while relishing in delightful meals.
Step inside each apartment's great room, which comprises a cozy seating area and a 50" flat-screen smart TV, providing a relaxing entertainment option amidst your exciting San Diego vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table for four, allowing you to effortlessly prepare meals and snacks for everyone. If dining out is more your style, don't worry—there is an abundance of restaurants within walking distance, offering a wide range of cuisines to suit every palate.
This beachfront complex, offering one downstairs unit and two upstairs units, provides exceptional value along this coveted beach stretch. Each unit follows the same floor plan and bedroom configuration. The downstairs unit boasts two queen bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper, while the two upstairs units mirror this layout. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfort, ensuring a pleasant breeze even indoors.
All three units feature a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. We provide an ample supply of high-quality linens for your utmost comfort in every bed and bathroom. In total, our complex can accommodate 12 guests in beds, and up to 18 if the full sleeper sofas are utilized. Please note that the maximum occupancy for the entire compound is 18 guests at all times. Additional amenities include shared coin-operated washers and dryers located outside the building, as well as Wi-Fi, cable TV, and four off-street parking spaces exclusively for guests of this compound (limited to compact vehicles).
