THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS! There is no washer or dryer available to guests, but the home is near a laundromat, if you should need. This home does have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed at this home. There are a few steps into, in, and out of the this home. This home has a strictly enforced no more than 6 occupants at any time - this includes visitors. This home has private tenants on both sides of the unit. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
