The master bedroom suite is ideally situated on the ground level with a full bathroom and bathtub/shower as well as cable television. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. This property has a double garage, and will only fit one large car. The dimensions are 15'5" wide, 16'9" long, 6'4" high. There’s a great outdoor patio fully fenced and nicely landscaped for privacy. A BBQ grill, table, and chairs for 4 occupy this space to enjoy quality time together! An air conditioning unit for an additional fee. Mission Bay is located just 40 steps from the house. There is a white sandy beach and a nice boardwalk for walking, biking, and rollerblading. Stroll to some of California's finest restaurants. This lovely stroll to the beach house will accommodate up to eight guests.
