Mission Bay offers numerous water sport rental options, so try out paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing, and more! The aquatic center even offers wakeboarding and surf lessons! Belmont Park is one mile down the road and houses the iconic wood rollercoaster, shops, arcade games, and eateries. More of an upscale shopping experience can be found at the San Diego Gaslamp Quarter and Seaport Village. La Jolla and San Diego both have Museums of Modern Art. Sea World is a mere three miles away, and Balboa Park, which is home to the world-famous San Diego Zoo and a variety of museums, is less than 10 miles south. A huge variety of restaurants and coffee shops are found along Mission Boulevard within walking distance or a any of the pubs, restaurants, and ice cream shops on Garnet Street in nearby Pacific Beach do not disappoint.
