Mermaid Crossing, on the 9th floor, is the most beautiful one bedroom/one bath condo in Capri by the Sea, the only oceanfront high rise building in the beach area! In May of 2020, we completed a 4 month remodel during the Coronavirus down-time. The remodel was coordinated by a talented designer and an equally talented father/son contractor team. We gutted the kitchen and put in new cabinets and quartz countertops with a "waterfall" effect spilling the quartz over the side of the counter. There are also all new stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a new tub/shower combination with beautifully tiled walls, and a new cabinet with quartz top. Throughout the condo is all new Pergo-style "driftwood" flooring installed on the diagonal, mirrored walls, a rock wall with an electric "mood" fireplace that also provides heat on the South wall, a 65 inch TV, beautiful ceiling beams and a ceiling fan. The large convenient desk area easily pulls down and converts to a queen Murphy bed with a view. If you need additional sleeping space, we have provided an extremely comfortable new high end queen sofa bed. The bedroom also has a new top of the line king mattress, a 55 inch TV and ceiling fan. There are all new furnishings throughout.

You will love your stay in this conveniently located condo in the heart of Pacific Beach. It is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and just steps to the sun and sand! The kitchen is fully equipped for dining at home with seating for 5 and a spectacular ocean view. The condo sleeps 6 very comfortably or 3 guests in each single sleeping arrangement.
