The light and airy living room has high ceilings and skylight, tastefully and comfortably furnished with new Pergo-style wood floors.The California-style kitchen is open to the living room and has tile countertops and natural wood cabinets. The first bedroom has a top of the line queen bed and flat screen TV. Upstairs is a large, semi-enclosed loft area with a queen bed, sitting space, and a door to a small balcony. Upstairs you will also find a cozy nook with a trundle bed (two singles). Ceiling height in the trundle bed area is about 5 feet so it's best for kids. There are two bathrooms in the home, a full bath/shower downstairs and a walk-in shower upstairs.

No need to search for parking by the beach as this unit comes with it's own garage! Please see parking restrictions below. Extra large vehicles won't fit but there is free overnight parking a few blocks away. There is also a coin operated laundry room near the garage for your convenience. Everything you need is here to enjoy your vacation!
This location is hard to beat! It's close to all the main attractions: SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it's excellent restaurants, Belmont Park and it's authentic 1920's wooden roller-coaster, Seaport Village, downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park. Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
