Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath plus Den waterfront home close to Mackle Park, Museum, YMCA, and the Island Raquette Center. Beautiful Pool area with lots of furniture for fun in the sun. Large dock area for fishing. Large living room and a separate family room. Office area for your working vacation and a large kitchen to prepare meals. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate Bath Tub. Both Guest Bedrooms have a Queen Bed. The Den has a sleeper sofa for children. NOTE: There is a wheel Chair Ramp for the front door if needed. NOTE: This house is in a residential area of Marco Island and there is a strict Noise Ordinance. NO outside loud noises shall be made to cause a disturbance to the neighbors. A parking permit is limited to 2 vehicles. NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.
