We suggest you stay inside the house after 8 pm. IF the police visit the house during your stay, you are too loud. You will pay the fine. City Fines can be from $250 to $5,000 (five thousand). Excess vehicles – you pay daily fine of $50/vehicle and we can tow them away Never park overnight in the between sidewalk and street, or park to vehicle is over the sidewalk. You must leave the house in reasonably clean condition Leave no more than 2 loads of laundry. You pay $25 for each extra load.
