Allow us to present this three-bedroom, two bathroom vacation pool home is located a short walk to our world class Tigertail Beach. Enjoy the luxury of a private heated pool, with an oversized deck just perfect for entertaining with a partial water view. A gas grill has been placed on the patio great for dining Al Fresco style. A lovely home away from home this spacious corner lot offers the ultimate setting. Soaring volume ceilings in the living room make for a spacious, bright and comfortable setting and the inclusion of a flat screen T.V. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need for dining & entertaining during your stay. The master bedroom suite has sliding glass doors to lanai and boosts of a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and a master bath with a step-in shower, large spa tub, and dual sinks. The guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed and twin beds. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a two-car garage, and four bikes (two adult size and two youth size) to ride to the beach, shopping or restaurants. In the garage, there are beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and a cooler. After a day at the beach, relax on the lounge chairs by the pool or grill dinner on the gas BBQ. Dine alfresco on the deck!
