This spacious home features two living and dining areas, five bedrooms, and a open kitchen with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick service, and the main living room has a huge 72" flat screen TV for cozy movie nights. The home also has a water softener and a whole home reverse osmosis water system for great water quality. Outside, you can relax in the heated pool, grill on the lanai, or watch the sunset from the elevated deck. The dock is perfect for fishing, dolphin watching, or sunbathing on the wide water canal. You can also use the two kayaks provided to explore the nearby waterways. If you want to go to the beach, the home has you covered with 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach cart, 4 boogie boards and various beach and sand toys in the garage. The home is decorated and furnished in a coastal transitional style that combines elegance and comfort. Come and enjoy the island life in luxury!
