Spectacular view from the 3rd-floor balcony of this 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom luxury vacation home literally a stroll away from the entrance to Tigertail Beach. The garage doubling as a playroom. On the second floor is the main floor where you will find the beautifully appointed bedrooms. The inviting Master Bedroom has a King bed and en suite shower. Two other guest bedrooms have a King bed and their own bathrooms. The last guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. All the bathrooms have grab bars in the showers and next to the toilets. On the third floor, there is a big Living Room with a huge television and Air Bed. There is a full bathroom on this floor also. Two adult bikes and a child bike are supplied. Beach Chairs and beach towels are supplied also. The elevator is locked and will be unlocked for your use with an extra security deposit. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to the length of stay.
NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Spa; the Pool and Spa are not heated at the same time. If you use the Spa the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool.
