Bright and elegant Marco home vacation home sits along the waterway providing views and Gulf access. Soaring ceilings and tiled floors as well as a delightful lanai and swimming pool. Professionally decorated and designed to ensure guests relax and enjoy jaw dropping water views- The south facing lanai means great sunshine most of the day and also makes this popular with returning guests. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a large smart tv,is well appointed and simply dreamy. Two Guest bedrooms have queen beds and both have sliding doors that lead out to the pool area. The other bedroom has twin beds. Beautiful sun filled pool with a wide water view from the pool area. You can also go down to the back deck and lay out or go fishing. It's a 2-block walk from Marco's new upscale development - NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.
