Presenting this absolutely exceptional three bedrooms 2 bathroom Marco vacation home. Relax around the heated pool and jacuzzi while taking in our world class sunsets.Located a short walk to the beach this os one of the few quality pool homes so close to Tigertail beach. The coastal contemporary upscale furniture ensures a understated elegance and beachy comfort. Additions and extras such as internet, Ice maker, wet bar. 3 tv, VCR,cd. Marble floors, Washer/dryer.gas grill will ensure your vacationing comfort. NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Spa; the Pool and Spa are not heated at the same time. If you use the Spa the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool
