Enjoy a fresh feel to our vibrantly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath, air conditioned home. Our elevated home has a well manicured, delightfully lush tropical setting complete with swaying palms and tropical foliage. Our beach house is furnished with cozy furniture designed to meet the expectations of those for the finest in comfort. Marco Island's amazing beach is a few minutes drive away! As you enter our home, ascend the main curving staircase where you will be brilliantly illuminated by the rays of the sun shining thought the home's signature skylight. Designed with an open floor plan, vibrant colors and warm bamboo flooring, you'll feel instantly transformed. Find your spot to easily relax in the main living space bordered with a wall of floor to ceiling disappearing doors overlooking the spacious elevated deck, a private pool and daily happenings on the canal. If cooking is your passion, create a feast in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, or on the large grill on the lower level area by the pool. Serve your delicious meal to your family/friends in the adjacent dining space. Take a leisurely sunset stroll and upon your return, take in a television program, watch a DVD on the large screen TV of the the home theatre system, or enjoy the sounds of music on our sound system. The interior of our beach house is decorated to create a feeling of sheer E-A-S-E. The colorful hues and patterns of the tropical south Florida Gulf islands were our inspiration as captured in the sun yellow, terra cotta, and sea greens and blues. 3 separate bedrooms offer space for seven occupants. The Tropical Palm master suite is a place of comfort and color. Decorated in the spirit of the warm Palm Springs rattan, our guests sleep peacefully in the spacious Queen size bed and enjoy the adjoining private bath with separate shower and lounging tub. There is a flat screen TV for your late night enjoyment. Our first guest room represents the blue hues of the sky and warm yellow of the sun. It is furnished with an ensemble of white-washed plantation shutter inspired pieces. As the natural light fills the room, it brings a warm south Florida smile to your face. Two guests can tranquilly sleep in the cozy queen size bed and a 3rd person/child can sleep on a twin sleeper sofa. The second guest room brings to mind the green hues of the sea and morning yellow of sunrise. It too, is furnished with an ensemble of white-washed plantation shutter inspired pieces. Two guests will easily find a space to relax into their dreams on the comfortable Queen size bed. The guest bathroom with glass enclosed shower is shared by both guest bedrooms. The queen sofa bed in the main living area, sleeps 2 more. Private laundry room is located off the main living area. Take a morning wake-up dip or salute the day's sunset with an evening of relaxation in the private heated pool overlooking the waterway. Watch closely, you might even catch the dolphins and manatees at play. Got a pole? Fishermen/women can try their hand at catching the local sea life from the backyard. Explore the many mangroves of the 10,000 Islands or set your unobstructed course for the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you are a land-lubber, take your toes for a stroll along the seven coastal miles of sugar-sand beaches or rent a bicycle and hit the bike path.
