The fully equipped kitchen, boasts a breakfast nook, and separate family room with a large flat screen tv. There is also an Apple TV so that guests may access their video streaming accounts. The heated pool and wide-water views with direct access to the Marco River makes this a must for those that love boating. The pool and deck have newly been resurfaced and painted. Marvelously located, this charming home is less than two blocks away from the famous Snook Inn where guests can enjoy waterfront dining and live entertainment and a boat at dock available for your use which will accommodate up to a 22' boat.
