This lovely pool house sits alongside the waterway and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed with a king bed, two queens and two bathrooms. Flanked by soaring palm trees you will love your your private dock, and rich groomed grounds. The only other sounds that break the stillness of the spacious lanai are splashing in the pool and burgers sizzling on the gas grill. The family-sized table on the shaded area of the lanai, beneath an overhead fan, makes the ideal setting for your poolside lunch and the villas southwestern exposure is much appreciated and much sought after. Tastefully furnished with natural light, and two full-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows give you a panoramic view of the lanai and waterways. Plenty of lush plants add a tropical accent. The dining room table is lit up by a chandelier and natural light through the French doors. The kitchen, overlooking the lanai, features plenty of counter space and modern appliances that make cooking a pleasure, whether you’re preparing a special family dinner or a tray of drinks for sunset watching on the lanai. The master bedroom suite offers has a lovely ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower and bathtub. Extras include free wi-fi, cable and televisions in the living room and all the bedrooms. You’ve also got everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. If you need to do any shopping, you’re only a short walk from the Marco Town Center Mall, filled with chic boutiques, plenty of dining options, grocery store, pharmacy and even weekly concerts at the gazebo.
