Property Features
The pool is long enough to swim laps, and the southern exposure means all-day sun, so good luck getting the kids to come out of the water! Fire up the gas grill and have a barbecue lunch on the family-sized table on the patio. Then bring beach chairs down to the palm tree-lined canal and get acquainted with your new neighbors the sea birds and jumping fish. You won’t be there long before you spot a passing dolphin or manatee. Inside, the sea-inspired décor is designed to make your stay as peaceful as it is comfortable. Light sandy hues and decorative touches like ceramic seashells create an easygoing feel of coastal style living. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the rooms with natural light. Potted plants and exotic grasses add a tropical accent. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of cocktails to bring out to the patio as the sun goes down. The master suite features a window next to the bed, so you fall asleep to the fragrant night breezes off the water. The guest bedrooms come with televisions and ample drawer and closet space. The house gives you comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. And for your enjoyment, you’ve got bicycles and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and umbrella. If you’re still having trouble getting the kids to come out of the pool, you might want to try these two magic words: Joey’s Pizza. It’s one of Marco Island’s best-loved restaurants and it’s just a short walk from your house. Other fabulous restaurants in walking distance include NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe and Sushi by KJ.
